Windows - cyrillic characters malformed

Hello,

sending message with cyrillic characters and they are all malformed (every character is displayed as question mark).

1. Environment setup:

• Windows Terminal with UTF-8 encoding (chcp 65001);
• Latest Java 21 (Oracle JDK);

2. Command
   signal-cli.bat send -g sKagXDkBWEMNYXK1GUOff5TULZtCy5dhW1vEBJt1ns= -m "привіт"

3. Result in the group:

#1149 (reply in thread) didn't help.
Digits or eng characters are fine.

For me, using the --message-from-stdin flag solved this issue. It also allows sending emojis and newlines correctly.
