NON FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS

1. The system should be browser portable and compatible.
2. The system should have a response time of approximately 100ms irrespective of whether users access the webpage simultaneously.
3. The system should secure the authentication and payment gateway.
4. The system will be available to users for 24 hours everyday.
5. The system should allow users to upload local pdf's
6. The system should have language translation dictionary of at least Swahili and English.
