Be able to create an editable Gist file before submitting

Opens a new Group with a new file to be submitted as a Gist. Allows editing of Gist
Options:

-Copy multiple file snippets into a single Gist
-See what you have selected before you make a Gist
-Redact auth keys, etc that would be bad in a Gist
-Add comments / notes
