Fix bugs in ASTConverter, update php-parser dependency

Properly extend interfaces

Fix generated 'alias' for php-ast `use` nodes : set the 'alias' to null
if the last part is the same as the PHP-Parser alias.

Fix the AST flags for short vs long arrays.

Fix miscellanous bugs
