How to restore default (factory reset) to be able to repair the device

New to matter so please forgive ignorance and dumb questions as I learn.

I am developing a device using this code and curious how to completely reset the device back to "factory" (aka reset the pairing, wifi, etc) that gets setup during the initial pairing process.
