How can I move one markdown file from one item in the menu to another one

In my new webpage lucadebenedictis.github.io I would like to move one markdown file (bloodykernel.md) from _portfolio (now called Miscellanea) to Coding and have it as it appears in _portfolio.

How can I do it?

Sounds like you might need to move the file to _pages and adjust the contents of the navigation bar to point to it.
