chore: Update GitHub Actions workflow to use Ubuntu 22.04

- Change the operating system in the deployment matrix from Ubuntu 20.04 to 22.04
- Update the runner for the job to use Ubuntu 22.04

This update ensures compatibility with the latest features and improvements in the Ubuntu environment.
