Add AWS Strands Agent Support

It looks like AWS is promoting their new Strands Agents ADK as the interface for Agents rather than Bedrock Agents. See here: https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/opensource/introducing-strands-agents-an-open-source-ai-agents-sdk/

The reference in the "Coming soon" section should probably change to the new SDK. What do you think?

Hello! I'm a product manager at AWS working on Strands Agents.

I'd like to clarify that we stand behind both Bedrock Agents and Strands Agents SDK for our customers. For developers who want a fully-managed experience for building and deploying agents, Bedrock Agents are an easy choice. For developers who want deeper customization of their agents behavior, including orchestration, business logic, and tool use, we offer Strands.

It'd be great to see Strands Agents promoted in the Coming Soon section, and we have a PR in-flight to enable AG-UI support in Strands. strands-agents/sdk-python#143. Please try it out and help us make it ready for merge!
