Beats version switch capability

Thank you for providing such a useful tool!

Could you please let me know how I can check which Beats version we’re currently using? Also, is there a way to switch to a different version if needed?

The go.mod file is the source of truth for what beats revision is used:

beats-playground/go.mod

Modifying the dependency can be accomplished with the normal Go processes described in https://go.dev/doc/modules/managing-dependencies#getting_version. Then build and run with make build start.
