Deprecate outdated samples (#1436)

Removing:

* Crane
* Owl
* Jetsurvey
* Rally (already removed)

From sample directory. They will still remain in git history for
learning purposes (Checkout
https://github.com/android/compose-samples/tree/v2024.05.00 for these
samples at this end state).

We are focused on a smaller subset of samples to ensure those remain
great quality and up-to-date recommendations for Compose UI usage.

A reminder of the available samples that are great showcases of Compose
in this repo:
* Jetchat 
* Jetcaster
* JetLagged
* Jetsnack
* Reply
* NowInAndroid (https://github.com/android/nowinandroid)
