Revert "Pin Arduino CLI version used in CI to 0.13.0 (#222)"

This reverts commit 1ffe811.

1ffe811 was a temporary workaround for a bug in Arduino CLI 0.14.0.
This was fixed with the release of Arduino CLI 0.14.1 so we are now able to go back to using the latest
Arduino CLI version in the "Compile Examples" CI workflow.
