Remove "sparkey_gyro_I2C"

Remove redundant "sparkey_gyro_I2C" registration

This repository was submitted multiple times (with the URL and library being renamed being changed in the interim).

This registry entry is outdated (the other registration has the newer name and URL) and so must be removed to keep the
registry tidy.
