Equivalent of --interval on 1.0

Hi,

I used to patch the deployment to use --interval 1h with older versions, what would be the equivalent with the newer 1.0 version ?

It's running very, very often and I'm getting rate limited from most registries real quick, I'd like to get back to checking once per hour if possible.
