Windows Install Link returns 404

The Mill Windows Install instructions link is broken.

Got to: https://mill-build.org/mill/1.0.x/cli/installation-ide.html#_windows

Where it says:
To get started, download Mill from Github releases, and save it as mill.bat.

Click https://github.com/com-lihaoyi/mill/releases/download/%7Bversion%7D/%7Bversion%7D-assembly => that returns a 404
