Automatically generate collections from Content Collections

Hey, this feature could be great but not sure how difficult or feasible it is.

You could automatically generate DecapCMS config's collections based on the the Content Collections [schemas](https://docs.astro.build/en/guides/content-collections/#defining-datatypes-with-zod).

This way we can have a single schema fields definition, and boilerplates a CMS really fast!
