[severity:I'm unable to use this version]
When I publish my Blazor application, it no longer runs and I get a "/__w/1/s/src/mono/mono/metadata/assembly.c:2718, condition `<disabled>' not met" error. This started happening and I don't know what caused it. If I roll my code back to a previous branch, the publish still fails, so I doubt it is related to the code base.
