[MemoryConsumption] (Re)Enable Memory Consumption measurements on Android and iOS #4956
Description
We currently have limited coverage over memory consumption trends on Android with many scenarios disabled (#4826). We need to re-enable these scenarios.
Additionally, we should introduce comparable measurements for iOS target.
