What is the current behavior?
User has to click on menus (Languages, Frameworks, Git, Roadmap) and click back on it to exit menu.

What is the new behavior?
Added onMouseEnter and onMouseLeave effect which user can now hover over and out of menu to expand/collapse it, making it easier to navigate.
