split the workshop in "intro to geo for python developers" and "intro to python for geospatial guru's"? #213

this came up at the foss4g eu conference mostar
the topics can be quite similar, but the way we approach the topic would be quite different
for example, introducing what is vector, what is a grid, what is a projection is important for the python developers, but too much for geospatial people... On the other side, what is a pandas data frame, how to connect to a database through python is obvious for python developers but critical to geospatial guru's...
at least we should probably mention/acknowledge both groups in the room
