Alerts not delivered when multi-select field is used in Plane integration

Steps to Reproduce

The creators of the integration have noticed that when configuring alerts with the Plane integration, if a field with multi-select support is selected, the alerts are not being delivered.
Even the test notification seems to be failing.

This functionality was working before but appears to have been broken by a recent change.

Expected Result

Alerts (including test notifications) should be delivered successfully

Actual Result
