I’m trying to render a MAD-dataset object with 3DGS, my inputs are just the images plus a model-predicted point cloud and camera poses. The camera poses aren’t perfect. In Open3D, when I visualize the points, the cloud seems to rotate nicely around the object center. But in 3DGS, the orbit/rotation center is offset.
Is that happening because the camera poses are inaccurate, or is it more likely a coordinate-system mismatch?
