Description

In google_privateca_certificate, both the revocation_details and certificate description have the same documentation:

Output only. Details regarding the revocation of this Certificate. This Certificate is considered revoked if and only if this field is present. Structure is documented below.

This seems to be a copy-paste error, and the description should be documented as something like "a container for various metadata fields". The notice that adding a description will indicate that the cert is revoked is a pretty scary warning, until one realizes the error.
