[#2333] Rename property for enabling the snapshot repository

From `enableSonatypeOpenSourceSnapshotsRep` to `enableCentralSonatypeSnapshotsRep` (in [gradle.properties](https://github.com/hibernate/hibernate-reactive/blob/main/gradle.properties)).

It was changed in commit c254ebb as part of the move to Maven Central (#2305).
