Update server for a wide range of interception & crash fixes

Notably these include a further new Android 14 fix, support for Docker
on Mac with the latest Docker desktop (which uses a new socket in
$HOME), and enabling components (e.g. DRM) usage in intercepted Chrome
windows. A few crash fixes, including for a Node v20
autoselectfamily assertion bug, and lots of small dep updates and
(non-impactful) security patches.
