Update server to get Win Firefox fix & backend language support

* New Firefox is now properly detected on Windows
* Ruby, Python, Node & PHP now have full interception support
  when run from the terminal
* Linux terminals are now managed more reliably, with new support
  for Konsole & rxvt
* Long selection of other small fixes
