Empty Save Icon

We disable the "Save" icon—which we should—but it still appears as an empty (clickable!) icon. It should be removed altogether.

That icon has a nice tooltip though:

FWIW I think it should be save crossed over icon there, so in my mind the bug is how it is displayed not that it is there.

Also, jupyter-collaboration has a functional manual save. This was requested repeatedly by users. Just FYI.
