Conformance Tests for ListenerSets

Hi, I'd like to add conformance tests for ListenerSets. https://gateway-api.sigs.k8s.io/concepts/conformance/#contributing-to-conformance is the only resource I could find on adding them. Is there anything else I would need to know before contributing ?

doesn't directly answer your question but it may be helpful to have a working implementation to test against. istio/istio#55595 may be of help
