Not compatible with Amasty Improved Layered Navigation module

I am unsure if it's an issue of ajax layered navigation or Amasty's improved navigation. Still, whenever I apply a filter in the loaded URL, this ajax scroll module changes its behavior and does not load the filtered product. Is there a way to fix this issue or hack to solve this issue?
