Install Eclipse IDE 3.7+

Install CUSP from the update site:

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/TeamSPoon/CYC_JRTL_with_CommonLisp/master/cusp/update-site/

Run: ./abclc --rcyc --cusp or ./abclc --rcyc --all-features

The port it uses is CUSP/3005
