Running this matlab code matlabr2023 instead of matlab r2024

How can we also run this code on Matlab r2023a.please clarify becuase you have written in your readme Matlab R2024 or later which I dont have. moreover matlab r 2024 require windows 11 which I also dont installed.please provide information an dprocess how to get the code run on matlab r2023
