How to run the program

It was a paper I was interested in and I am very grateful for your program. I have a question about the program. Sorry for the rudimentary question, I have read LEADME but I don't know how to run the program because I have no knowledge of networking, shell commands, etc. Can you please tell me how to learn and test the program?
