[FEATURE] What does the Install process changes in Tenant

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be nice to see beforehand / in the setup process what the pnp install process changes while installing in a tenant.

Describe the solution you'd like
A Report or a summarize info what got changed.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Maybe a PDF /info what get changed provided by the devs.

Additional context
We need that to get PnP allowed in our Environment.

Installing PnP PowerShell does not make any changes to your tenant.
Please review existing documentation at https://pnp.github.io/powershell/articles/installation.html and if there are unclear elements , please raise queries.

Closing this. As mentioned by Reshmee, this module is installed in your local machine or remote machine. It will only make the changes in the M365 tenant that you want to make. Read the linked docs and if any questions, please open a discussion.
