How to Convert WAV File to RAW File .h for RAW I2S

Hello Prof. Schatzmann,
I ran the Example for RAW I2S with the StarWars30.h music nicely with the Arduino Audio Tools Library. I attached a Photo of the setup for ESP32 and Adafruit DAC Board UDA1334.
I was trying to convert a .WAV File to Raw using the same format for StarWars30.h but could not do it.
Could you please indicate how to convert the File, the software recommended for the File conversion, and the Exact Specifications of the .h file?

Thank you very much. I really really appreciate your answer and help with my tests with the ESP32 Arduino Audio Tools and my further implements I am working on.
I wanted to mention you that I tried this example for the Volume control https://github.com/pschatzmann/arduino-audio-tools/wiki/Volume-Control and after testing the URL "https://centralcharts.ice.infomaniak.ch/centralcharts-128.mp3" I verified it is not installed or not accessible right now.
I tested it using this other URL from my Raspberry Pi Examples "http://ice1.somafm.com/u80s-128-mp3" and it worked out Correctly. I could test the Volume control very successfully for the Internet MP3 Sound Stream.
Now, I am trying to implement the Volume control for a RAW Memory Stream by Data Multiplication, for example by 2 or by 3 inside Arduino, or by using VolumeStream. Would that be possible? I tried for the Code below to incorporate const unsigned char vers=2*Track_3_raw; and did not worked correctly because char->string.
Also I tried to incorporate the Volume control but I notice that there is no Encoding applied since there is RAW data. How it would be for Volume control for a MemoryStream digitally? I tried for the changed indicated but could not still control the Volume digitally yet.

You are not using the VolumeStream in your processing chain: you still copy the data directly to i2s!

Should I use then VolumeStream musicmanz(Track_3_raw, Track_3_raw_len); ?

Please check your sketch. You are currently doing the following:

  MemoryStream -> copy -> I2SStream

But I guess you want to do

  MemoryStream -> copy -> VolumeStream -> I2SStream

The following would work as well

  MemoryStream -> VolumeStream  -> copy -> I2SStream
