Add support for deprecated module options

We want to add support for deprecating module options to notify usrs.

Scenario: If a user sets a flag that previously worked but is now no-op, the module may not function as expected anymore. We will want to notify the user that this option no longer exists.

Strictly speaking, we already print when the user sets a datastore option that doesn't exist.

What's missing here that I'm guessing you want is clarification that the option used to exist and something about what happened to it, i.e. if the user should set something different.
