Add ipfs-cluster support #8
Description
It would be nice if git-lfs-ipfs could be configured to use IPFS-Cluster to pin the root-CID of the MFS folder on the first commit, and then update the pin on each change.
This allows for easy push of the data to all servers, which mirror the data for the IPFS network.
