What is the proposed change?
It would be a very good option to be able to run cron with local time schedule as it's possible for Job serverless -
Who does this proposal help, and why?
It would make serverless functions more useful when the need is to run a task at a certain time depending of the local time
Example
I need to run a serverless function at 11 am Europe/Paris but in summer it's UTC + 2 and in winter UTC + 1, so I have to change my cron scheduler when the time change.
