Add auto-generated ReScript files and fix server bundle import

- Add all ReScript generated .bs.js files to git so CI can use them
- Fix CSS module imports in AlertError.bs.js and CommentList.bs.js to use named exports
- Remove duplicate generated import from server-bundle.js

The ReScript files need to be committed because CI doesn't run ReScript build.
