minor #1315 Update PHP doc about annotations IsGranted (adpauly)

This PR was squashed before being merged into the main branch. Discussion ---------- Update PHP doc about annotations IsGranted The doc now suggests to use PHP attributes instead of "old" annotation for "IsGranted" instruction.
