Harmonise arguments in photoionisation grid scripts

At the moment run_cloudy.py takes the full grid name while the other scripts use the incident grid name and parameter files instead. Should probably harmonise the three by making all take the incident grid name and parameter file names instead. This would be helped by writing a helper function that does the extension checking etc.
