Suggestion to Rename Top Level Command

The current top level command has a title of "VS Code" which is easy to confuse with the name of the application from the command palette:

I recommend renaming the top level command to something like "Open Recent Projects" or something that makes it easier to differentiate from the VS Code application itself.
