Applying rope scaling to the model's config

Thank you for the awesome project!
I’m looking for a way to train on long-context data.
Normally, I manually modify the `config.json` of a locally saved model to apply rope scaling,
but since Tinker hosts the model on their server side, I couldn’t find a way to change it.
Is there any way to perform long-context training now?
