Validation error when saving prevalue source

Issue summary

I am trying to create a prevalue source to use education content nodes, but I get an validation error.

I am able to save if I select a root node, but afterwards I can clear this and save without errors.

If any of the properties are mandatory I think they should be marked with asterisk (*) - just like content type properties in CMS.

Its because you are missing a root node.

I will add this to our backlog so we can take a look at the error message

@Amalie-Wowern yes, but why doesn't it fail when clearing root node?

Maybe initially null and clear set value to an empty string?
