yet another validator #467

I'm posting this 'issue' because the WhatWG page on conformance checkers (https://whatwg.org/validator/) asked me to do so.
The Static Site Checker, or SSC, is a validator built on my personal misunderstanding of the HTML (and other) standards. I think it's pretty complete, but I'm biased.

The command line version runs on Windows 10/11, macOS Sequoia, Ubuntu Linux 24.04, & OpenBSD 7.7. There's a GUI version, but it's somewhat unready.
The (C++) source takes too long to build (especially with gcc; I suggest msvc or clang), even on a build machine with oomph.
