Bugfix/desmakers 4784 higher frequency not working in xmc1400 arduino tests
Related Issue
Context
For 50kHz, the interrupt must measure the 10-microsecond high/low time and then calculate the frequency.This may be too demanding for the XMC1, or we may still have interrupt issues, but this should not affect PWM testing.Therefore, we modify test_config to enable more flexible settings.
