Summary

add AdUtils helper for one-time MobileAds init and banner loading
refactor activities and fragments to load banner ads via AdUtils
initialize Mobile Ads in AppOpenAd and support screen through AdUtils

Testing

./gradlew test (fails: SDK location not found)
