This reverts commit 47bd2fb.
- mesuredMets input is now metNames, not IDs - fluxes input is now SIGNED based on flux direction - list of media metabolites has been updated - for measured metabolites, both the uptake and production rate are set to the same value - if any measuredMets cannot be found in the model, or do not have exchange reactions, the user is warned
fix: setHamsMedium updated function now produces growing models
