feat(cli): update hosting providers

Nitro is not a hosting provider. Swap to Vercel so it makes more sense when prompting in the CLI.

Perhaps we can have Nitro as default ("Agnostic") option + vendors?

It is the default "deployment adapter". We changed the terminology from host to deployment adapter because it's more accurate.
