This old demo not works well with double_precision, the teddy loading but not falling down because of wrong hullshape.

[GLInstancingRenderer]
Some hardcoded numbers changed to variables calculated from GLInstanceVertex

Added new variables for position attributes in GLInstanceVertex struct.
Updated vertex stride calculations to use GLInstanceVertex structure instead of hardcoded values.
Refactored shape creation to use addPoint in a loop
myProjects folder added to examplebrowser + cmake
btGImpactMeshShape has not created or empty graphic shape
Proxy type added and now rendered
