Context:
v3.3.1 of the Delphix Terraform Provider intermittently fails during terraform plan
Problem:
Delphix provider may run into issues during GET operations when working with hooks that have certain special characters that can result abrupt exit of the response processing and further downstream issues.

SDK upgrade and code fixes.
