This PR includes a comprehensive set of test cases for the CollectionView control. The tests validate the FlowDirection Changes functionality in CollectionView, including properties such as: Header, Footer, HeaderTemplate, FooterTemplate, Grouping, EmptyView, EmptyViewTemplate, Scrolling, Selection.
